What cookies BookRoket uses on its website — strictly necessary, preference, and analytics cookies — and how to manage them.

This policy explains how BookRoket (operated by Meezoy Ventures Private Limited) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They help the site remember you, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies include local storage and pixel tags, which we treat the same way under this policy.
Cookies are set either by us (first-party cookies) or by service providers we use (third-party cookies). Some are stored only for your browsing session (session cookies) and others persist for a set period (persistent cookies).
2. Cookies we use

We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell cookie-derived data to third parties.
3. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block, delete, or be notified about cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site — such as sign-in and booking — from working properly.
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
On our mobile apps, equivalent controls live in your device settings (for example, app data and tracking permissions) rather than in a browser.
4. Do-not-track signals
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to it, and our site does not alter its behaviour in response to DNT signals. We honour the consent choices you make through our cookie banner and your browser settings instead.
5. Changes to this policy
