BookRoket is launching soon, starting with Hyderabad outbound lanes. Online booking — instant quotes, shared truck space, door-to-door — opens at launch.

Transporters publish their own rate cards for the lanes they run. Your quote is generated from that rate card before you book — the price you see is the price you pay, with no haggling.

Our core is part-load consignments — typically 20–500 kg sharing truck space with other shipments. You pay for the space you use, not a full truck.

Just your LR (lorry receipt) / AWB number, issued at booking. Every consignment gets a public tracking link that works without a login, so you can share it with your receiver.

Payment options will be announced at launch. Every booking is confirmed with an upfront price from the transporter’s rate card, so there are no surprise charges.

Our cancellation and refund policy will be published before launch. If a booking is cancelled, refunds follow the published policy — no fine-print surprises.

Transporter onboarding opens before launch. Verified transporters list their trucks, publish rate cards for their lanes, and receive bookings through the platform.

You do. Transporters publish their own rate cards per lane — BookRoket never sets your prices. We’re transporter-first: our job is fuller trucks and less phone tag, not a race to the bottom.

No. BookRoket is a marketplace — transporters own and operate the trucks. We handle the booking, pricing, payments, tracking, and custody verification around your runs.

Drivers work through their transporter — the transporter accepts bookings and assigns runs. Driver onboarding and the driver app open at launch.

Every pickup and delivery is confirmed with a one-time passcode (OTP) shared only between BookRoket and the right person. A consignment can’t change hands without the OTP matching.

Quote and account details will be confirmed at launch. Either way, seeing a price will never require a phone call.
